MAY WE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION, PLEASE?
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We’re closing it out with this interactive LinkedIn LIVE about ADHD and mental health first aid.
Join me and Daniel McCullough of Pharus Wellbeing for an informal chat about the intersection of ADHD, anxiety, and depression. We’ll share some surprising statistics and our personal stories to make ADHD and mental health human. But that’s not all…
GET INVOLVED – IT’S A CONVERSATION!
We’ll talk about how stigma and misunderstanding leads to silence and shame. Then Daniel will teach us practical strategies to assess whether, when, and how to initiate supportive conversations around mental health. I’ll give you a few tips that have helped me get my mental health back on track when ADHD overwhelm has derailed it.
TRANSFORM YOUR THINKING, TRANSFORM A LIFE!
After the session, you’ll feel:
- EMPOWERED with the knowledge and confidence to provide mental health first aid when it’s needed.
- CONFIDENT that you can manage your own well-being when your ADHD symptoms overwhelm you.
- READY to support your loved ones, friends, and colleagues with empathy and understanding when it matters most.
So bring a friend or colleague and your questions.
Join the conversation!

About Sarah Ennor
Sarah makes ADHD human. She’s a lawyer with ADHD and a professional speaker guiding law firms and businesses taking early steps toward neuroinclusion. Sarah knows she’s been misunderstood (and misunderstood herself!) at work and beyond. Her story opens a rare window into the ADHD experience, and opens hearts and minds to talk about, and support, ADHD. Sarah teaches audiences how to turn good intentions into meaningful action, avoid inadvertent harm, and foster belonging. She balances education, personal agency, and empathy in her talks, workshops, and 1:1 peer support sessions.
